Sokh District, Fergana Region.
The area has a unique geographical position as an exclave and holds strategic border significance.
The project covers 130 hectares and is located along the Sokh River, integrated with a mountainous landscape. Natural environment, water resources, and terrain are considered key drivers for tourism development.
The territory has a rich historical heritage. A snake-shaped bracelet amulet dating back to the Bronze Age was discovered here. The area is also historically associated with Babur. Khudayar Khan Fortress and Selungur Cave contribute to the cultural layer of the site.
“Birlik” is the core concept of the project, based on the coexistence of three ethnic groups — Uzbeks, Kyrgyz, and Tajiks. This approach positions the area not only as a tourist destination but also as a point of cultural intersection.
The main goal of the project is to unlock tourism potential, stimulate the local economy, and improve the quality of life for residents. As a result, the Sokh riverfront is envisioned as a modern recreational area operating year-round, based on natural and historical assets.
