DESCRIPTION
Our Village Master Plan in Kungrad offers a holistic vision for transforming the region into a dynamic hub for tourism, commerce, and quality of life. First, the plan centers on three key areas: tourism and cultural heritage, green infrastructure, and urban renewal.
To begin with, we’ll focus on tourism and cultural heritage on the Ustyurt Plateau. The plateau, located in the Kungrad district, is a unique natural site with huge potential for tourism. Its landscapes, rich history, and diverse wildlife attract visitors from all over the world.
Key features of the project include:
- Cultural Tourism: We aim to showcase the area’s rich heritage. This includes ancient caravan routes and archaeological sites.
- Extreme Tourism: The plateau is a unique place for extreme sports. We will develop it for activities like jeep tours, safaris, trekking, and rock climbing. As a result, this will attract a new audience, create jobs, and make Kungrad a center for active recreation.
- Ecotourism: We’ll create walking and driving routes for exploring nature. In addition, we’ll organize wildlife observation and photography tours.
To support this vision, we’ll improve essential infrastructure. This includes building new hotels, campgrounds, and tourist centers. Furthermore, we’ll develop and improve transport routes and logistics.
