Sayqal Renovation: An Urban Renewal Master Plan

Sayqal Renovation Project in Guliston, Sirdaryo region aims to transform a 23.5-hectare area into a modern, vibrant, and well-equipped community. Our plan focuses on replacing outdated structures with high-quality, high-density residential and commercial spaces, significantly improving the living standards for residents.

The project involves the demolition of 39 existing two-story residential buildings with a total of 668 apartments. In their place, we will construct 66 new high-rise buildings, including 9-story residential complexes, which will provide a total of 3,656 apartments. The total planned residential area will be 262,112 m², offering a significant increase in modern housing options.
