Hotel in Bukhara: Modern Architectural Project

Located in the historic center of Bukhara, this six-story hotel was designed to reflect the character and rhythm of the old city while providing all the amenities of a modern hospitality complex. The project, with a total building area of 7,342 m², includes 114 rooms across six floors.

Architecturally, the hotel reinterprets traditional Bukhara motifs through modern materials and clean geometry. The facade is composed of finely textured brickwork and patterned metal balcony panels, referencing local craftsmanship in a minimalist form. The building’s massing embraces a central courtyard that brings light and openness into the structure, enhancing guest circulation and comfort.

The ground floor features a welcoming lobby, offices, and several suites. The lower level includes a spa zone, a conference hall, and a restaurant with seating for 80 guests. The upper floors are dedicated to guest rooms with a variety of layouts and views.
