Commissioned by Alex Villas Group and developed in collaboration with Studiya Sad, the Bali Grey Villa is a private mini-complex in Bali consisting of three signature villas. This architectural project was designed for both a premium lifestyle and a strategic rental investment.

The project blends minimalism, hi-tech, and a raw aesthetic, all shaped through a strong architectural vision. Its design offers flexibility for both short- and long-term stays. The central villa, often called the “bachelor villa,” is a two-story space crafted for those who value privacy, expressive design, and comfort powered by technology.
