DESCRIPTION
Author’s supervision is control over compliance of construction works with the project documentation. We accompany the implementation of architectural and design projects, monitor the quality of work, correctness of execution of drawings, choice of materials and compliance with construction technologies.
What is included in author’s supervision:
- Regular visits to the site and control of work performance;
- Consultations with builders and contractors on technical issues;
- Adjustment of drawings and design solutions if necessary;
- Selection and approval of materials, furniture, lighting and decorative elements;
- Control over compliance with deadlines and budget.
Thanks to author’s supervision the customer can be sure that the final result will be in full compliance with the approved project. We minimise the risks of mistakes, help to avoid additional costs and guarantee high quality of project implementation.
